Return & Exchange Policy
Starting online returns or exchanges is easy
- Go to the customer account section on top-right of the screen.
- Click "Orders".
- In the ☰ menu and click "Returns & Exchanges".
- Enter your Order Number and email address/phone number to start your return/exchange process.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping details.
Exchanges policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the purchased items and get a replacement on size & color of same item. Submit an exchange request withing 5 days of delivery. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
What are the return & exchange charges?
- Return request will incur a small return support fee of Rs. 100.
- All exchanges are free of cost.
We charge a small return support fee on returns because, as a growing small business, every piece we create and deliver is a labor of love. We pay meticulous attention to every little detail, and every piece is carefully crafted by hands that pour time, skill, and heart into every step. This fee helps us honor that effort and cover a fraction of the cost involved in bringing your order to life and processing returns efficiently. We truly hope you understand!
What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
- We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your order is ineligible for return after the 5 day window. However, in unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at support@audelaindia.co.in
- Only unused items and items in sellable condition, or defective items are eleigible for return
- Items must be in the original packaging with all the tags including the seal tag (yellow with a code) intact.
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like the bustiers, due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
In case of damage, loss, or theft issues
- If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we will assess the issue and do the needful.
- If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.
Refund solutions
- Refund to original payment method.
- Refund as a store gift card.
- Refund as store credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
- After your return has been processed (including quality check), you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
