  • Delhi NCR Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Pan-India Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 6-8 business days of receiving the item back at the warehouse facility and passing quality check.
  • Return will incur a small Return Support Fee of Rs. 100. Every piece of garment is a labour of love, and this small fee helps us honor the efforts of our artisans and process your return shipping as efficiently as possible.
  • COD Charge of Rs. 100 is non-refundable.
  • All exchanges are free of cost, and a replacement request can be made for size and color variants of the purchased item.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition (unused & unwashed) with all tags attached.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted if the seal tag is removed from the item.
